Smartcloud and Custom prototypes for Niagara

For dividing buildings on same server, we need to be able to customaize the prototype name for every Access level.

Current Access is Administrator, Manager, installer, writer and reader, and thei are refering to prototypes Read, ReadWrite and SuperUser in niagara.

We need to be able to edit this for each location.
