I'm feeling the absence of a crucial feature in my technician work: the ability to efficiently group and organize projects. Instead of being inundated with a lengthy list of thousands of sites, I envision a more customizable approach. It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to tailor my starting page, highlighting only the projects I'm actively engaged in. This would greatly enhance my workflow and productivity. Any suggestions or tools that could offer this level of customization would be immensely appreciated!

With the newly added logic with Tags rather than groups only, the logic of tagging sites with XYZ will make it easier for us in step 2 to create a "custom starting page" for each user as you mention. While on the subject, feel free to look over the current Tags as well and come back with any "missing ones" that could help you in your daily work with your customers and their sites :)
