Update location of the 'support' button in the portal

At the moment if you need click the support link in the top navigation of the iBOS portal it takes you to the Nordomatic website where you can contact the local country team. For NM users we want them to raise a ticket with SEC if they have an issue so it would be good to direct them straight there.
