Room tool bugs & improvement requests

Everything below is regarding the room tool under "Building model -> System views -> Edit".

Bugs:

• After creating a room, it can not be moved while selected.

• After moving a room, the outline of it is left in the place it prviously was at.

• There are currently only two ways to exit the room tool, which is by pressing Esc on the keyboard and reloading the page.

Improvement requests:

• Being able to type the room text immediately after creating the room, or at least being able to double click on the room whilst having the tool still selected in order to start typing.

• Making the room tool togglable, instead of having to press Esc or reloading the page.
