Inherited user from Parent Group could be hidden for Non-Inherited user

Hi.

If a user is not present in a "parent group". Could the all users from that parent be hidden?

Use case: We want to include a NO-BA-EAST parent group to all our sites for Nordomatic users. These users, are irrelevant for any child-group where a customer can manage their site. It would be benefital if the customer could be spared, viewing 50 Nordomatic accounts that they have no interest in viewing.
